Drebbel Fizz

Another classic revisited




  • 60ml Drebbel Small Batch London Dry Gin
  • 30ml Vanilla Sugar syrup
  • 10ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 100ml Lowlander 0.00 Wit
  • A small handful of Samphire




  1. Pour Drebbel Gin, vanilla sugar syrup, fresh lemon juice and one egg white to a shaker
  2. Dry shake for 20 seconds
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until it gets frosty
  4. Fine strain the mixture in a tumbler filled with ice
  5. Top with one Lowlander 0.00 Wit
  6. Garnish with a hand of samphire
  7. Serve
