Another classic revisited
Ingredients
- 60ml Drebbel Small Batch London Dry Gin
- 30ml Vanilla Sugar syrup
- 10ml Fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 100ml Lowlander 0.00 Wit
- A small handful of Samphire
How-to
- Pour Drebbel Gin, vanilla sugar syrup, fresh lemon juice and one egg white to a shaker
- Dry shake for 20 seconds
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until it gets frosty
- Fine strain the mixture in a tumbler filled with ice
- Top with one Lowlander 0.00 Wit
- Garnish with a hand of samphire
- Serve
