Drebbel Mule

Classics revisited




  • 60ml Drebbel Gin
  • 20-25ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Vanilla Syrup (adding 1 vanilla bean to simple syrup)
  • 45ml Ginger Beer**




  • Shake first three ingredients with ice
  • Double strain them in cocktail glass*
  • Top with Ginger beer**
  • Garnish


* decide for yourself whether you want to serve it over ice or up.
** If serving over ice, you can possibly add more Ginger Beer (up to 100-120ml), if you want your drink to be a bit more ‘highball style’.
