Retrace history in a glass




  • 45ml Drebbel Small Batch London Dry Gin
  • 20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15ml Hibiscus Syrup
  • 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • Cubed ice




  1. Shake concoction with plenty of ice
  2. Fill a cocktail glass with ice
  3. Fine strain into a cocktail glass
  4. Top with kombucha (here, ginger&lemon)
  5. Garnish with orange zest
  6. Garnish with fresh eucalyptus
  7. Serve
