A sweet stroll along Thames
Ingredients
- 45ml Drebbel Small Batch London Dry Gin
- 15ml Aperitif Liqueur (here, Mount Rigi)
- 10ml Homemade Eucalyptus Coridal
- 12 tsp. water
- 12 tsp. sugar
- A small handful of eucalyptus leaves
- One ginger beer (recommended : Lowlander’s Ginger & Lime Leaf)
How-to
- Stir with plenty of ice
- Strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Garnish with Eucalyptus leaves
