Thames Crossing

A sweet stroll along Thames

Ingredients

• 45ml Drebbel Small Batch London Dry Gin
• 15ml Aperitif Liqueur (here, Mount Rigi)
• 10ml Homemade Eucalyptus Coridal
  • 12 tsp. water
  • 12 tsp. sugar
  • A small handful of eucalyptus leaves
• One ginger beer (recommended : Lowlander’s Ginger & Lime Leaf)

How-to

1. Stir with plenty of ice
2. Strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice
3. Top with Ginger Beer
4. Garnish with Eucalyptus leaves
