Viper Reviver

Spot it, mix it, taste it

 

Ingredients

 

  • 30 ml Drebbel Gin
  • 15 ml Blue Curacao
  • 15 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml Pineapple juice
  • A dash of Absinthe for the rinse

 

How-to

 

  1. Add everything but the Absinthe to a shaker with lots of ice
  2. Give it a good shake
  3. Rinse the glass with Absinthe and cool it with ice
  4. Discard everything from the glass
  5. Fine strain the cocktail
  6. Use pineapple leaves (or amareno cherry) for garnish
