ingredients

to recreate this, you’ll need

50 ml Drebbel Gin
A sprig of rosemary
Fever Tree’s Mediterranean Tonic
A slice of grapefruit

how-to

Follow the instructions

Muddle lime at the bottom of your glass
Place rosemary in the glass and fill it with ice
Pour Drebbel Gin and top with tonic
Stir concoction with the rosemary sprig
Add some extra botanicals of your choice

Dive head first into this magical Butterfly Collins cocktail, made with the beautiful and mysterious butterfly pea flower.

𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐬

45ml Butterfly Pea infused Drebbel Gin
30ml Lemon juice
60ml Soda Water
15ml Simple Syrup

Fill your glass with ice and pour Drebbel Gin. Add 5 dried flowers Butterfly Peas and top with soda water. Gently squeeze lemon juice and add the syrup before you serve.

150ml Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water⁣
5ml Pear Syrup dashes⁣
1 vanilla stick⁣
⁣
Put ice at the bottom of your glass, pour Drebbel Gin and top with tonic. Add pear syrup to the cocktail base and add one vanilla stick into your glass. Done !⁣
